I love Radical Eats food and I'm not even vegan, although after watching Food, Inc., I'm sure leaning that way.   They have delicious food and a really interesting vegetarian blog with recipes, and they cater weddings, parties, etc. and have a stall at the Farmer's Market in Houston.
